Repair Cafes

The Full Circle Collective run regular pop-up Repair Cafes around Newcastle and beyond.

Community members can bring clothing and other small household items in for repair, and can even be educated on how to do it themselves next time!

We offer Repair Cafes as a service to Councils, corporates, and other organisations around the Hunter and Mid-North Coast. Reach out if you would like to learn more about our service offerings.

Litter Prevention Initiatives

We collaborate with local and state government, as well as landholders and land managers to deliver a variety of litter prevention intiatives and activities, in line with the NSW EPA Waste and Sustainable Materials Strategy.

Activities include community and business engagement, clean-ups, signage and bin infrastructure design and procurement, and litter monitoring using NSW EPA tools.

Visible Mending, Repair, and Sewing Workshops

We deliver workshops that educate participants on how to sew, repair, and mend their own clothing – and to wear their repairs with pride!

Reach out if you would like a visible mending and repair workshop delivered to your organisation.

Collaborations with other organisations

We collaborate with other community organisations working in the sustainability and social sector on numerous initiatives and projects, and are always open to future collaboration – so please reach out!

Reach out if you would like us to run a tour for your group or organisation!

This is Not Waste Workshops

We deliver collaborative art workshops using textiles from local op shops that were otherwise destined for landfill or export.

Reach out if you would like a This is Not Waste workshop delivered at your organisation!

Conscious Christmas Workshops

Tis the season!

Each festive season The Full Circle Collective delivers environmental education events that teach participants how to create their own Christmas ornaments from waste materials.

Reach out to us if you would like a Conscious Christmas event delivered at your organisation or school!
